How deals work here, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Why do I message CPM Underground and not the seller directly?

Every sale, trade, commission and tuning booking on this site goes through a single WhatsApp number instead of straight to the seller/designer/tuner. That's deliberate: it means there's always one accountable point of contact, listings get reviewed before they go live instead of being a free-for-all, and if something goes wrong there's someone who can actually step in — instead of you just having a stranger's Discord tag and nothing else.

How a deal actually works

  1. You message us on WhatsApp about a specific listing or profile.
  2. We contact the seller/designer/tuner directly to confirm the item is still available and agree on price and payment.
  3. We confirm the final price and payment method with you.
  4. You pay us, we pay the seller/designer/tuner, and we send you their delivery details (in-game trade, file delivery, booking time, etc.).

For player-to-player trades, we're simply the trusted go-between connecting you with the other player — we don't take a cut of trades, we just make sure it's a real, reviewed listing rather than a random stranger.

Our dispute policy

This is a working policy for a community-run platform, not a formal legal contract. If you've paid for something through CPM Underground and it hasn't been delivered as agreed:

  • Message us on WhatsApp immediately with proof of payment and what was agreed.
  • We'll contact the seller/designer/tuner to resolve it — that usually means delivery, a replacement, or a refund.
  • Because we hold payment before passing it on, we can withhold funds from a seller/designer/tuner who doesn't deliver.
  • We can't guarantee an outcome in every case, but we will always make a genuine effort to sort it out rather than disappearing — that's the whole point of routing deals through us.

Repeat offenders (sellers, designers or tuners who don't deliver) get removed from the site.
